Procedure for finding a substitute player

Inform team of your upcoming absence (preferably more than 3 days in advance)
Check with personal connections for sub (sub list may be available)
Post in Beehive SSC Subs and Future Friends Facebook group that you are in need of a substitute and provide game information, including time, place and sport.
If substitute player is found, please give information to the team.
If a substitute player is not found, let team know before noon of gameday.

If you are unsure if you can make it to a game, please contact Paul before noon of gameday to avoid forfeiture penalty cost.
